Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received has major manufacturing defects
There is a wrong item shipped against your confirmed order
The product is damaged during transit and such damage is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with photos and supporting documentation

Warranty Support:

Our standard air circulators come with a 2-year service warranty, while energy-saving models include a 3-year service warranty.

Both warranties cover manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal industrial usage conditions.

If any issue arises, our service team will repair or replace the faulty unit in accordance with the warranty terms.
